Can I cancel my order?
Goldie Salon & Boutique aims to ship all orders within 2 business days from receiving the order, therefore no changes can be made after you have placed your order.
Can I return my order and exchange or refund it?
Goldie Salon & Boutique does not accept refunds or exchanges unless you have received an item that is faulty. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Goldie Salon & Boutique aims to pack and ship products within 2 business days. We recommend waiting up to 7 working days for your order in case there are any delays with the courier.
