  • Where We Ship
    We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

    Shipping Rates & Timeframes
    We offer flat rate shipping for all domestic orders:

    • Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days) – $6.95

    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days) – $12.95

    • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100

    Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

    Local Pickup (Santa Clarita only)
    We offer free local pickup for our Santa Clarita customers! Just choose "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll notify you once your order is ready.

    Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
    Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

    Delays & Lost Packages
    Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or holiday volumes. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier, but we’re happy to help file a claim on your behalf if needed.

  • We want you to love what you ordered, but we totally get it, sometimes it just doesn’t work out.

    Return Window
    We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of your delivery date.

    Return Conditions

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags still attached.

    • Final sale items, accessories, intimates, bodysuits, and items purchased with discount codes over 30% are non-returnable.

    • Items returned with visible signs of wear (makeup stains, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, etc.) will not be accepted.

    How to Return

    To start your return, email us at [yourstore@email.com] with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive a prepaid label ($6.95 will be deducted from your store credit).

    Processing Time
    Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your item. You’ll receive an email with your store credit once your return is approved.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items
    Received something not quite right? Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right ASAP.
